摘要
目的:观察水疗联合游戏在精神发育迟滞患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取60例精神发育迟滞患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用水疗联合游戏治疗。比较两组治疗前后智能发育情况(格塞尔婴幼儿发展量表)、运动功能[粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)]评分和社会生活能力(婴儿-初中生社会生活能力量表)评分。结果:治疗后,两组适应行为、大运动、个人-社交领域、精细运动及语言等发育商水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组翻身及卧位和跑、跳与步行等运动功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组社会适应能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上采用水疗联合游戏应用于精神发育迟滞患儿可提高智能发育水平、运动功能评分和社会生活能力评分,优于单纯常规治疗效果。
Objective: To observe application effects of hydrotherapy combined with game therapy in children with mental retardation.Methods: 60 children with mental retardation were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group was given hydrotherapy combined with game therapy on the basis of that of the control group. The intelligence development level(Gesell developmental schedules), the motor function [gross motor function measure(GMFM)] score and the social living ability(infant junior high school social living ability scale) score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the development quotient of adaptive behavior, gross motor, personal-social domain, fine motor and language in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the motor function scores of turning over, lying position, running, jumping and walking in both groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the social adaptability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: On the basis of conventional treatment, the hydrotherapy combined with the game therapy for the children with mental retardation can improve the levels of intellectual development, the motor function scores and the social living ability scores.Moreover, it is superior to single conventional treatment.
