摘要
心悸是目前临床常见的疾病,其病因以感受外邪、七情内伤、体虚劳倦、药食不当为主。程晓昱教授在临床诊治中重视“辨证论治,舌脉互参”“开郁定悸,双心治疗”“顾护中焦 心胃同治”“研习古今,善用经方”“衷中参西,以证为主”“内者外治,阴阳并调”等。作者重在介绍程晓昱教授对心悸病因病机的认识、临床经验与学术思想,并附一则临床验案。
Palpitation is a common clinical disease at present.Its etiology is mainly to feel external pathogens,internal injury of seven emotions,physical deficiency and fatigue,improper medicine and food.CHENG Xiaoyu attaches importance to “syndrome differentiation and treatment,mutual participation of tongue and pulse”,“open depression and settle palpitation,dual heart treatment”,“simultaneous treatment of anxious heart and stomach in nursing”,“study ancient and modern,make good use of classic Prescriptions”,“participation in the West in the heart,focusing on syndrome”,“internal and external treatment,and adjustment of Yin and Yang”,etc.This paper focuses on CHENG Xiaoyu’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of palpitation,clinical experience and academic thought,and a clinical case is attached.
