基于扫描终端的双层油罐全流程质量追溯系统

摘要 在加油站的油品防渗漏改造中,为实现对双层油罐在原料采购、生产工艺、运输过程、安装验收等环节的质量管控,基于扫描终端(RFID)电子标签,结合卫星定位、移动互联网等技术,研发了一套双层油罐全流程质量追溯系统,介绍了该系统的详细设计,通过现场应用表明,该系统实现了对双层油罐从生产到最终验收的全流程管控,有效保障了双层油罐改造工程的整体质量。 In the oil leakage prevention reformation of the gas station, in order to realize the quality control of double wall fuel tank in raw material procurement, production process, transportation, installation and acceptance and other links, a whole process quality tracing system for double wall fuel tank is developed, which based on the RFID technology, in combination with satellite positioning and mobile Internet technology. The detailed design of the system are introduced.Field application shows that the whole process control from production to final acceptance of double wall tank is realized by the system. The whole quality of double wall fuel tank reformation is guaranteed effectively.
