摘要
为了研究玄武岩、石灰岩、辉绿岩、红砂岩和凝灰岩等集料在热拌环氧沥青混合料钢桥面铺装工程中的适应性,对比评价了五种集料制备的热拌环氧沥青混合料EA10的马歇尔性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明,五种热拌环氧沥青混合料均具有良好的路用性能,集料种类对其性能的影响相对较小。热拌环氧沥青混合料对集料种类的适应性较强,基本可就近取材,节约工程成本。
In order to study the adaptability of aggregates such as basalt,limestone,diabase,red sand-stone and tuff in hot-mix epoxy asphalt mixture steel bridge deck pavement project,five hot-mix epoxy as-phalt mixture EA10 are prepared,and the Marshall performance,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance of them are compared.The test results showed that all five hot-mix epoxy asphalt mixture had good pavement performance,and the type of aggregate had ltte efct on its performance.Hot-mix epoxy asphalt mixture had stronger adaptability to aggregates,and project could basically obtain nearby aggregate to save costs.
