阵列式消声器性能曲线在地铁环控系统设计的应用 被引量:3

摘要 通风系统的降噪声学设计和计算,一直是多数暖通工程师的短板,为暖通工程师寻找一个简约而有效的解决方案具有现实意义。阵列式消声器在地铁环控通风系统中的应用已经超过10 a,其不断发展完善,现已得到普遍好评,并已颁布团体标准。针对其选用方式,除了保留传统的根据风机频谱确定消声器的消声频谱,从而选定消声器的方式外,更创新性地提出根据风机频谱和阵列式吸声体的消声特性生成的性能曲线,结合阵列式消声器可以自由灵活地调整吸声体行列数的优势,暖通工程师在声源确定后,只需要根据消声要求,在消声器性能曲线上灵活地选择不同的长度,并根据长度、消声效果和全压损失系数的关系进行选用。举例介绍了阵列式消声器性能曲线的应用方法,以及阵列式消声器行列调整满足不同消声要求的做法。如果工程的技术条件发生变化,阵列式消声器通过吸声体行列数变化的灵活调整,可以选取更经济的方案。在地铁环控通风系统中推广采用阵列式消声器,并采用性能曲线进行选型和优化,既可以大大降低暖通工程师的工作量,又可以在实施之后根据条件进一步优化,在达到降噪目标的前提下,选择通风阻力最小的方式,有利于节能减碳,意义重大。 The noise-reducing acoustic design and calculation of ventilation systems have always been a shortcoming for most Heating,Ventilating and Air Conditioning(HVAC) engineers,and it is of practical significance to find a simple and effective solution for HVAC engineers.The application of array muffler in Metro environmental control ventilation system has been more than 10 years,and has been widely accepted and well received.The array muffler has been continuously developed and improved in the past 10 years,and the group standard has been promulgated.The selection method not only retains the traditional method of determining the silencing spectrum of the muffler according to the fan spectrum so as to select the muffler,but also innovatively puts forward the performance curve generated according to the fan spectrum and the silencing characteristics of the array absorber.With the array muffler,the number of rows and rows of sound absorbers can be adjusted freely and flexibly.After the sound source is determined,HVAC engineers only need to flexibly select different lengths on the muffler performance curve according to the silencing requirements,and make trade-offs according to the relationship between length,silencing effect and total pressure loss coefficient.This paper introduced the application method of array muffler performance curve and the method of adjusting the number of rows and columns of array muffler to meet different silencing requirements.If the technical conditions of the project change,the array muffler can select a more economical scheme through the flexible adjustment of the number of rows and rows of sound absorbers.Popularizing the use of array muffler in Metro environmental control ventilation system and promoting the use of performance curve for selection and optimization can not only greatly reduce the workload of HVAC engineers,but also further optimize the schemes according to the conditions after implementation.Under the premise of achieving the noise reduction goal,selecting the mode with the
