沥青路面振动碾压施工的数值仿真与工艺参数分析 被引量:10

摘要 针对振动碾压工艺科学依据不足的问题,利用有限元技术计算对比不同压路机参数作用下的路面响应及压实度变化规律,提出优化的压实参数组合。首先,基于UTM设备开展沥青混合料单轴压缩试验,并基于摩尔库伦准则获取沥青混合料的抗剪强度参数和弹性模量。然后,基于有限元技术建立三维沥青路面振动碾压分析模型,通过Fortran语言编写DLOAD用户子程序实现压路机振动碾压加载计算。通过分析振动压实条件下,路面结构应力传递特征规律以及沥青混合料的等效塑性应变,结果表明:振动轮作用下的路面实际应力在横向分布上呈现出“两边小中间大”的特点,压路机在低频率和慢速碾压下等效塑性应变相对增加,具有较好的碾压效果。基于此,提出了不同类型沥青混合料振动碾压施工工艺组合,可为现场压实作业提供技术参考。 In order to solve the problem that the process of vibration compaction process is not scientific enough,this paper aimed to establish a simulation model of pavement vibration compaction process by using finite element technology,and proposed optimized combination of compaction parameters under vibratory compaction condition by calculating and comparing the variations of pavement responses and the degree of compaction due to the application of different rolling parameters.First,uniaxial compression tests of asphalt mixture were carried out based on the Universal Testing Machine(UTM) equipment,and shear strength parameters and elastic modulus of asphalt mixture were obtained based on the Mohr-Coulomb(M-C) failure criterion.Then,based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the three-dimensional vibration rolling analysis model of asphalt pavement was established,and the vibration rolling load of roller was realized by FORTRAN program for the user subroutine of DLOAD.Finally,based on the finite element model,the pavement structure and stress transfer characteristics under the condition of vibration compaction and the equivalent plastic strain of asphalt mixture were analyzed.It is shown that the actual pavement stress under the action of vibration wheel exhibits the characteristics of “small on both sides and large in the middle” in transverse distribution,and the equivalent plastic strain of roller increases relatively under low frequency and slow rolling,and the roller has better rolling effect.Therefore,different combinations of roller compaction procedures were proposed for different types of asphalt mixtures to provide technical reference for field compaction.
