集团化办学背景下高职图书馆阅读推广行动路径

摘要 集团化办学是当前我国高职教育实施产教深度融合的重要途径,高职图书馆阅读推广理应结合学校的办学特点求创新谋发展。采用文献研究法和理论移植法,在阐明职业教育集团化办学、协同治理理论概念和内涵的基础上,指出了高职教育集团化办学背景下图书馆阅读推广多元联动、协同共治的行动逻辑。提出了明确共治目标、建立共治机制、谋划共治举措的行动路径。 Running schools by means of collectivization is an important way to implement the deep integration of industry and education in higher vocational education in China.The reading promotion in higher vocational libraries should combine the characteristics of the school to seek innovation and development.Using the methods of literature research and theory transplantation,this paper expounds the theoretical concept and connotation of collectivization of vocational education and collaborative governance,and points out the action logic of multiple linkage and collaborative governance of library reading promotion under the background of collectivization of higher vocational education.It puts forward the co-governance measures of clarifying co-governance objectives,establishing co-governance mechanism and keeping co-construction,sharing and promotion of group resources,jointly organizing inter-school reading festivals,jointly building multi-field reading spaces by schools and enterprises,vigorously carrying out real-life library services,integrating industry,education and culture into industrial culture and educating people,and focusing on the promotion of digital professional reading.
