摘要
煤炭企业标准体系建设对建立健全煤炭行业新型标准体系,提高煤炭企业管理科学化、标准化、精益化水平,推动煤炭行业转型升级和高质量发展具有重要意义。归纳总结了目前煤炭行业标准化工作的基本情况,介绍了我国企业标准体系工作的推进历程以及企业标准体系建设的原则与依据。研究认为,我国煤炭企业标准体系建设起步较晚,而且各煤炭企业标准建设侧重点和推进进度不同,但煤炭企业日益重视标准化工作,标准化建设步伐明显加快。构建了煤炭企业标准体系建设总体架构,提出应强化标准化意识、完善工作机制、强化重点领域标准研究、开展企业标准化良好行为评价等针对性对策建议。
The construction of coal enterprise standard system is of great significance to establish and improve the new standard system of the coal industry,improve the scientific,standardized and lean management level of coal enterprises,and promote the transformation,upgrading and high-quality development of the coal industry.The basic situation of the standardization work in the coal industry at present was summarized,and the promotion process of China's enterprise standard system and the principles and basis for the construction of enterprise standard system were introduced.The research showed that the construction of China's coal enterprise standard system started late,and the emphasis and progress of standard construction of each coal enterprise were different,but coal enterprises paid had more and more attention to the standardization work,and the pace of standardization construction was significantly accelerated.The overall framework of the construction of coal enterprise standard system was put forward,and the targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,including strengthening the awareness of standardization,improring the working mechanism,strengthening research on standards in key areas,and carrying out good behavior evaluation of enterprise standardization.
