摘要
针对卫星运输环境疲劳分析难以通过结构应力疲劳分析方法开展的问题。文章首先对疲劳分析的基本理论与方法进行了详细介绍;然后,从随机、正弦振动应力疲劳分析出发,对卫星在公路运输环境下的疲劳损伤进行了评估;其次,通过建立加速度疲劳寿命关系,对基于加速度响应的卫星运输环境进行了疲劳分析,并与前述分析结果进行了对比,进一步验证了基于加速度响应卫星运输环境疲劳分析方法的可行性;最后,以环境减灾二号A/B卫星运输环境数据为例,从正弦加速度响应出发对卫星的疲劳寿命进行了评估,为后续基于加速度响应的卫星运输环境疲劳分析的发展奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problem that environmental fatigue analysis of satellite transportation is difficult to be carried out by structural stress fatigue analysis method a new fatigue analysis method based on acceleration response is studied in this paper.Firstly,the basic theories and methods of fatigue analysis are introduced in detail.The fatigue damages of the satellite in the road transportation environment are evaluated by using the random vibration and sinusoidal vibration stress fatigue analysis separately.Secondly,the fatigue models based on the acceleration response of random vibration and sinusoidal vibration are established.Next,the fatigue models are utilized to analyze the fatigue damage of satellite in the transportation environment and are compared with the aforementioned stress fatigue models,and the results verify the accurate of the acceleration fatigue model presented in this paper.Finally,HJ-2A/B satellites’transport environment data is taken as an example and the fatigue life based on sinusoidal acceleration response is evaluated,which lays a solid foundation for the development of satellite transport environment fatigue analysis based on acceleration response.
