摘要
本文认为中国共产党取得成功的一个重要历史密码,就是党始终坚持自我革命,以坚忍不拔的精神、破釜沉舟的魄力,严明的党纪国法持续推进腐败治理,保持自身的先进性与纯洁性并以此作为保持自身战斗力和合法性的根本源泉。鉴于这一逻辑,本文以中国共产党的百年党内法规建设为主线,梳理中国共产党治理腐败的百年历程,从腐败治理与党内法规互动伴生、相辅相成的关系出发,探索党的腐败治理经验和规律,总结既有优势、反思现有不足,以期为当下反腐败斗争提供理论借鉴与实践经验,同时为党的自身建设与发展提供战略性支撑。
The article argues that an important historical code of the Communist Party of China is that the Party has always insisted on self-revolution,and has continued to promote corruption governance with perseverance,determination and strict Party discipline and law,maintaining its own advancement and purity as the fundamental source of preserving its combat effectiveness and legitimacy.In view of this logic,the article,by presenting the century-long history of the Communist Party of China’s governance of corruption with the century-long construction of the Party’s regulation as the principle line,explores the experience and laws of the Party’s governance of corruption from the perspective of the interactive and complementary relationship between governance of corruption and the Party’s regulations,summarizes existing advantages and reflects on the existing shortcomings,in order to provide theoretical reference and experience for the present anti-corruption struggle as well as strategic support to the Party’s own construction and development.
