环冷机卸矿漏斗与卸料槽之间的柔性密封装置设计

摘要 为了解决国内环冷机卸矿漏斗与卸料槽之间密封问题,研发设计一种柔性密封装置。此结构装置既实现了卸矿漏斗与卸料槽之间的绝对密封,又能确保卸矿漏斗上称重传感器的灵敏度;柔性密封装置内部设有耐磨衬板,防止物料在下落过程中直接冲刷柔性金属膨胀节,提高了整个装置的使用寿命;柔性密封装置分别与卸矿漏斗上部和卸料槽下部连接,其拆卸、维修方便;柔性密封装置的研发设计,提高了环冷机的整体密封性,减少故障率,降低了维修成本。 In order to solve the sealing problem between the mine discharge funnel and discharge chute of annular cooler inland,a flexible sealing device was developed and designed.The structure not only realizes the absolute sealing performance between the mine discharge funnel and discharge chute,but also ensures the sensitivity degree of the weighing sensor on the mine discharge funnel.The inner part of the flexible sealing device is equipped with wear-resistant lining plate to prevent the material from directly punching the flexible expansion joint in the falling process and improve the service life of the device.The flexible sealing device is connected with the upper part of the mine discharge funnel and the lower part of the discharge chute,respectively,which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.The development and design of flexible sealing device can improve the overall sealing performance of annular cooler,reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost.
