金谷煤矿矸石充填开采可行性分析与应用效果监测 被引量:3

摘要 为降低长壁开采条件下上覆岩层的变形与破坏程度,更好地实现“三下”压煤开采,针对金谷煤矿11101工作面开采条件,采用UDEC7.0建立了传统垮落法开采与充填开采数值分析模型,并对2种开采方式下的覆岩移动变形情况进行分析,最后进行现场实测。结果显示:采用矸石充填开采时,工作面上方顶板变形不明显,未出现较大的裂隙,整体较为完整;在矸石充填开采实际应用中,沿走向方向布置监测点,测得高充填率开采条件下的地表最大下沉值为1.2 m,与数值模拟结果接近。 In order to reduce the deformation and failure degree of the upper strata under the condition of longwall mining and better realize the'three down'coal mining,according to the mining conditions of 11101 working face in Jingu Coal Mine,the numerical analysis model of traditional caving mining and filling mining was established by UDEC7.0.The movement and deformation of weathered rock under the two mining methods were analyzed,and the field measurement was finally carried out.The results show that when the gangue filling mining is adopted,the roof deformation above the working face is not obvious,there is no large crack,and the whole is relatively complete.In the practical application of gangue filling mining,the monitoring points are arranged along the strike direction,and the maximum surface subsidence value under the condition of high filling rate mining is 1.2 m,which is close to the numerical simulation results.
