山楂鸡内金软糖对大、小鼠消化功能的影响

The Influence of Charred Fructus Crataegi and Chicken Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli Fondant on Digestive Function in Rats and Mice

摘要 目的:探究山楂鸡内金软糖对大、小鼠消化功能的影响。方法:实验期间,每天给大、小鼠灌胃0.83 g·kg^(-1)、1.67 g·kg^(-1)、5.00 g·kg^(-1)剂量的山楂鸡内金软糖1次,连续30 d,进行小鼠小肠运动实验、大鼠消化酶测定实验。结果:与对照组相比较,在小鼠小肠运动实验方面,高剂量组小鼠墨汁推进率高于模型对照组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),说明山楂鸡内金软糖对小鼠小肠运动有增强作用;在大鼠消化酶测定实验方面,3个剂量组大鼠胃蛋白酶活性单位、胃蛋白酶排出量均高于对照组,差异有极显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:山楂鸡内金软糖对大、小鼠消化功能具有促进作用。 Objective:To explore the effect of charred fructus crataegi and chicken endothelium corneum gigeriae galli fondant on digestive function in rats and mice.Method:During the experiment,rats and mice were gavaged with 0.83 g·kg^(-1),1.67 g·kg^(-1) and 5.00 g·kg^(-1) charred fructus crataegi and chicken endothelium corneum gigeriae galli fondant once a day for 30 days.The small intestine movement test of mice and the digestive enzyme test of rats were carried out.Result:Compared with the control group,the ink propulsion rate of the high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the model control group in the small intestine movement experiment of mice(P<0.01),indicating that charred fructus crataegi and chicken endothelium corneum gigeriae galli fondant can enhance the small intestinal motility of mice;in the assay of rat digestive enzymes,the pepsin activity unit and pepsin excretion of rats in the three dose groups were higher.In the control group,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Charred fructus crataegi and chicken endothelium corneum gigeriae galli fondant can promote the digestive function of rats and mice.
