摘要
目的分析一次性根管治疗术对瘘管型根尖周炎患者根尖周炎症的影响。方法选取江苏省连云港市赣榆区人民医院2018年1月—2020年12月收治的瘘管型根尖周炎患者94例,应用数字表随机法分成两组,对照组(n=47)应用传统多次根管治疗术进行治疗,观察组(n=47)应用一次性根管治疗术进行治疗,比较两组治疗方式对患者根尖周炎症的影响。结果观察组总有效率97.87%,对照组为91.49%,两组患者根尖周炎症治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗时间及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前根管微生物计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后根管微生物计数均低于治疗前,且观察组患者低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后根尖周指数水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前、后根尖周指数水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗是一种疗效确切的根尖周炎治疗方法,相较于传统根管治疗方法优势明显,可减轻患者疼痛感,也减少感染机会,是一种优秀的治疗方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of one-time root canal therapy on periapical inflammation in patients with fistula periapical inflammation.Methods A total of 94 patients with fistula periapical periodontitis in People’s Hospital of Ganyu District,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by using the number table method.The control group(n=47)was treated with traditional multiple root canal therapy,and the observation group(n=47)was treated with one-time root canal therapy.The effects of two groups of treatment methods on periapical inflammation in patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.87%,and that of the control group was 91.49%.There was no statistical significance in the treatment effect of periapical inflammation between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment time and pain disappear time of observation group were shorter than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in root canal microbial counts between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).The root canal microbial count in 2 groups after treatment was lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Periapical index in 2 groups after treatment was lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in periapical index between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy is an effective treatment for periapical periodontitis.Compared with the traditional root canal therapy,it has obvious advantages,can reduce the pain of patients,and also reduce the chance of infection.It is an excellent treatment method.
