考虑电池荷电状态的光伏电站储能系统调控策略 被引量:4

摘要 针对光伏电站输出功率平滑已有控制策略中滤波器时延、出力突变、电池SOC越限等因素对平滑效果的不利影响,提出一种可同时兼顾平滑效果和电池SOC调整的光伏电站储能系统调控多目标优化策略。该策略基于滑动平均滤波生成平滑目标,采用多输入模糊控制对输出功率波动率和电池荷电状态进行在线优化,仿真结果表明,文章提出的多目标控制策略可有效抑制光伏电站输出功率的波动,同时电池的SOC值变化小,防止电池过度充放,延长电池寿命。 Aiming at the adverse effects of filter delay,output mutation,battery SOC out of limit and other factors on the smoothing effect in the existing control strategies of photovoltaic power plant output power smoothing,a multi-objective optimization strategy for the regulation of photovoltaic power plant energy storage system is proposed,which can take into account the smoothing effect and battery SOC adjustment at the same time.The strategy generates a smooth target based on moving average filtering,and uses multi input fuzzy control to optimize the output power fluctuation rate and battery charge state.The simulation results show that with the above control strategy,the fluctuation of output power of photovoltaic power station is effectively suppressed,the SOC value of battery is restored more stably,the battery is prevented from overcharging and discharging,and the battery life is prolonged.
