摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,互联网已成为运营社会资源的重要载体。从互联网运营的视角,借鉴用户促活、拉新、留存和转化的理念,从内容运营、活动运营和用户运营3个维度,重点对公共图书馆服务创新及运营策略进行了研究,旨在进一步提高公共图书馆的服务效能,推动公共图书馆空间、资源、服务、管理等多源资源的智慧化融合,指出公共图书馆应积极主动融入互联网新生态,打造面向互联网的公共图书馆运营模式。
With the rapid development of information technology,Internet has become an important carrier for operating social resources.From the perspective of Internet operation,and using the concept of user’s vitality promotion,new member attraction,retention and transformation for reference,this paper emphatically studies the service innovation and operation strategy of public library from the three dimensions of content operation,activity operation and user operation,in order to further improve the service efficiency of public library and promote the intelligent integration of multi-source resources in public library such as space,resources,services and management,and points out that public libraries should actively integrate into the new ecology of the Internet and create an internet-oriented operation mode of public libraries.
