海上油气田电力系统一体化监控设计

摘要 针对海上油气田电网接入岸电的趋势,设计了海上平台与陆地终端综合考虑的一体化监控系统,实现对海上平台和陆地终端电网的综合监控。从设计原则、系统架构、实现功能等方面进行阐述,并结合实际工程案例,提出了一种基于岸电的一体化监控系统设计方案,保障海上油气田电网安全、可靠、稳定运行。该系统方案对于后续海上油气田岸电工程的能量管理系统的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。 In view of the trend of offshore oil and gas field power grid connecting to shore power, the integrated monitoring system of offshore platform and land terminal is designed to realize the monitoring and control of offshore platform and land terminal power grid. The design principle, system architecture, realization functions and other aspects are introduced. Combined with practical engineering cases, an integrated monitoring system design scheme based on shore power is proposed to ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of offshore oil and gas field power grids. The system scheme has certain reference significance for the design of the energy management system of the subsequent offshore oil and gas field shore power engineering.
