摘要
由于光电导天线的太赫兹(Terahertz THz)辐射效率较低,根据光电导天线设计原理设计了一种新的光电导天线结构,该结构在蝶形光电导天线电极间隙处增添了金纳米棒阵列,阵列按正三角形排列,通过时域有限差分法(Finite Difference Time Domain, FDTD)对所提结构和蝶形光电导天线结构进行仿真模拟。模拟结果表明此结构与蝶形光电导天线相比,光吸收率提高了269%,电场强度提高了985%,光电流提高了两倍。研究结果为实现太赫兹光电导天线的高功率转换效率提供了一种有前景的方法。
Due to the low Terahertz(THz) radiation efficiency of photo-conductive antenna, a new photo-conductive antenna structure is designed according to the design principle of photo-conductive antenna. In this structure, a gold nanorod array is added at the electrode gap of bow-tie photo-conductive antenna. The array is arranged according to equilateral triangle, and the finite difference time domain(FDTD) method is used. The proposed structure and bow-tie photo-conductive antenna structure are simulated. The simulation results show that compared with the bow-tie photo-conductive antenna, the optical absorptivity, electric field intensity and photo-current of this structure are increased by 269%, 985% and twice, respectively. The results provide a promising method for realizing high power conversion efficiency of Terahertz photo-conductive antenna.
