摘要
通过分析工程教育专业认证背景下“机器视觉技术”课程教学现状及不足,以OBE专业认证理念为引导,对课程目标设置、教学内容优化、教学组织、质量评价等方面进行了研究与改进。以团队开发的系列应用产品为对象,优化了基于一个视觉硬件基础、四条视觉应用主线的教学内容。针对每条主线设计了产品观摩、客户端程序演示、开发例程调试、图像处理算法等教学过程,锻炼学生对于机器视觉领域典型应用进行需求分析、论证和系统设计的能力,以及在工程实践中使用恰当现代工程工具进行建模、预测与仿真能力的培养,支撑学生达到毕业要求。
We analyze the current situation and shortcomings of Machine Vision Technology teaching under the background of engineering education certification.Guided by the concept of OBE professional certification,this paper studies and improves the curriculum objective setting,teaching content optimization,teaching organization and quality evaluation.Taking the series of application products developed by the team,the teaching content based on one visual hardware foundation and four visual application mainlines is optimized.For each main line,teaching processes such as product observation,client program demonstration,development routine debugging and image processing algorithm are designed to guide students’ability to conduct analysis,demonstration and system design for typical applications in the field of machine vision,as well as the cultivation of modeling,prediction and simulation ability by using appropriate modern engineering tools in engineering practice,so as to support students to meet graduation requirements.
