摘要
心理支持是高校大学生创业辅导与教育的重要环节,主要目的是帮助大学生更好地适应创业生活,提升大学生的心理承受能力,培养大学生形成健康积极的创业观念,为大学生参与到创业活动中提供心理保障。在实际过程中,由于大学生创业活动的不确定性,学生承受着较大的压力,且学生的创业意识、创业观念与创业心理对其创业行为而言均具有重要影响作用。因此,高校应组织开展针对大学生创业者的心理支持,构建心理支持体系,进一步提高高校学生创业效能。结合现阶段大学生创业心理发展状况,分析了大学生创业者心理支持作用及其现实情况,对大学生创业者心理支持体系的社会建构进行深入探究。
Psychological support is an important part of college students’entrepreneurship guidance and education.The main purpose is to help college students better adapt to the entrepreneurial life,improve students’psychological bearing capacity,cultivate college students to form a healthy and positive entrepreneurial concept,and provide psychological security for college students to participate in entrepreneurial activities.In the actual process,due to the uncertainty of college students’entrepreneurial activities,they are under great pressure,and their entrepreneurial consciousness,entrepreneurial concept and entrepreneurial psychology all play an important role in their entrepreneurial behaviors.Therefore,colleges and universities should organize psychological support for college students as entrepreneurs,build psychological support system,and further improve the entrepreneurial efficiency of college students.Based on the current situation of the development of college students’entrepreneurial psychology,this paper analyzes the role of college students’psychological support and its reality,and makes an indepth study on the social construction of college students’psychological support system.
