冷冻铸造技术制备仿珍珠贝结构复合材料研究进展

摘要 贝壳珍珠层具有无机相与有机质交错排列而形成的多尺度独特“砖-泥”结构,因此,在含有高脆性无机相的情况下却呈现出优异的强韧性,这为人工制备轻质高性能结构材料提供了宝贵的指导思想。首先介绍了珍珠贝的独特结构及其强韧化机制,然后综述了采用冷冻铸造技术制备仿珍珠贝结构陶瓷-树脂复合材料的研究进展,重点阐述了冷冻铸造加工工艺参数对复合材料的微观结构及其力学性能的影响规律,最终展望了仿珍珠贝陶瓷-树脂复合材料的未来发展趋势。 The pearl layer of shell has a unique multi-scale "brick-mud" structure formed by the cross arrangement of inorganic phase and organic matter. Therefore, it shows excellent strength and toughness in the case of high brittle inorganic phase, which provides valuable guidance for the artificial preparation of lightweight and high performance structural materials. First introduced the unique structure and strength of pearl shell mechanism, and then by freeze casting technology are reviewed in this paper the preparation of imitation pearl shell structural ceramics-the research progress of resin composite materials, expounds the freeze casting process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of composite materials, finally prospects the imitation pearl shell ceramics-the future trend of the development of resin composite materials.
