摘要
本工作系统展示了玻纤增强PA66的激光透过率的优化过程。首先,在玻纤增强PA66体系中,利用扁平玻纤替代传统的圆形玻纤,可以显著提升复合材料的激光透过率,并且不影响材料的基础物理性能。其次,在玻纤增强PA66体系中,引入少量PA6、PA56或者共聚PA66/6,均可以一定程度提升材料的激光透过率,但是材料的热变形温度会有一定下降。最后,共聚PA66/6完全替代普通PA66制备所得的玻纤增强PA66材料,可以获得所能观察到的最高透光率。
The optimization process of the laser transmittance of glass fiber enhanced PA66 was demonstrated.In the glass-fiber reinforced PA66 system,the use of flat glass fiber instead of the traditional round glass fiber could significantly improve the laser transmittance of the composites,and not affect the basic physical properties of the material.The introduction of a small amount of nylon(PA)6,PA56 or PA66/6copolymer into the glass-fiber reinforced PA66 system could improve the laser transmittance of the material to a certain extent,but the thermal deformation temperature of the composites could decrease to a certain extent.The glass-fiber reinforced composite made of PA66/6copolymer instead of PA66 could achieve the maximum observable value of the laser transmittance.
