摘要
由韩国顶层设计发起UEPS项目,从起因、过程和内容等视角,研析了UEPS在项目规划和运营等方面范式演变的过程,并进行了相应总结。研究认为,UEPS项目的运行模式可作为技术标准纳入国家高校层面标准化教育基准的参考,为我国引进类似课程提供了启示。
Taking the substantive work of South Korea’s University Education Promotion on Standardization(UEPS) as a case, this paper analyzes the UEPS project initiated by the top-level design of South Korea, and analyzes the UEPS paradigm evolution in project planning and operation from the perspectives of cause, process and content, and makes a summary accordingly. The study shows that the operation mode of the UEPS project can be used as a reference for technical standards to be incorporated into the standardized education benchmarks at the national university level, which provides inspiration for introducing similar courses to China.
