摘要 对于极端条件传热,异型热管具有独特优势。文中以RB211-535E4型发动机为例,针对航空发动机余热及吸热端和放热端的安装结构特点,设计出一种吸热段和放热段为圆弧状的、可安装在内外涵道间的异型热管,并按实际与仿真模型类比率1∶18,对异型热管模型蒸发段和冷凝段与绝热段连接处进行圆角半径分别为2.5,4,6 mm的结构优化。采用数值方法对比研究了异型热管与平直热管的运行特性。结果表明:异型热管的温度、多相流流型分布皆优于平直热管,且R为4 mm异型热管传热效果最优;启动性能上各型热管差别不大;传热性能上R为4 mm异型热管具有良好的等温性和最大的换热效率,换热效率相比平直热管提升近30%。因此可认为R为4 mm异型热管在此工况下具有最优的运行特性。将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟方法的可行性。 The special-shaped heat pipe has unique advantages in special working conditions for extreme heat transfer.Therefore,RB211-535E4 engine as an example,a special-shaped heat pipe according to the structural characteristics of the internal and external ducts of the aeroengine was proposed.It can be installed between the internal and external ducts to absorb the waste heat of the aircraft engine.The structure of the elbow joints with fillet radius of 2.5,4 and 6 mm according to the ratio(1∶18)of the actual model and the simulation model was optimized.Besides,the transfer performances of special-shaped and straight heat pipes under this working condition were compared by numerical simulation.The results indicate that the temperature and multiphase flow distribution of special-shaped heat pipes are much better than straight heat pipe,and the special-shaped heat pipe with R of 4 mm has the best heat transfer effect.There is little difference between different shapes of heat pipes in start-up performance.Additionally,the special-shaped heat pipe with R of 4 mm has good isotherm and maximum heat exchange efficiency,and the heat exchange efficiency is nearly 30%higher than that of straight heat pipe.Thus it could conclude that the special-shaped heat pipe with R of 4 mm has the best operation performance under this working condition.The numerical simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the feasibility of the numerical simulation method.
