摘要
新能源汽车的飞速发展要求材料具有更轻的密度和更优异的综合性能来提升续航里程,降低能耗。微发泡聚丙烯因其具有轻质、较好的刚性、抗冲、耐热和低成本等优点在汽车内应用广泛,但聚丙烯的线形链结构使其黏度低,熔体强度低,只能在结晶熔点附近发泡,发泡的温度区间窄,面临难以发泡均匀的难题,发泡聚丙烯在加工方式和材料组分的调控上均面临较大的挑战。从微发泡聚丙烯的发泡机理出发,比较微发泡聚丙烯的制备加工方法,汇总现有微发泡聚丙烯增强改性的策略,对发泡聚丙烯的发展进行总结和展望。
The rapid development of new energy vehicles required materials with lighter density and better comprehensive properties to improve the cruising range and reduce the energy consumption.Expanded polypropylene was widely used in automobiles due to its advantages of low density,good rigidity,good impact strength,heat resistance and low cost.But the linear chain structure of PP made it with a low viscosity and low melt strength.Thus,it could only be processed near the crystalline melting point,and the foaming temperature range was narrow,which made it difficult to be foamed uniformly.Expanded polypropylene faced great challenges in the control of processing and material composition.The foaming mechanism of micro-foamed polypropylene was introduced,the preparation and processing methods of micro-foamed polypropylene were compared,the improvement strategies of micro-foamed polypropylene were summarized,and a summary and prospect of the development of expanded polypropylene were made.
