渤海废弃PEC钻井液MTC技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为保护渤海湾海洋生态环境,必须对渤海油田废弃钻井液进行处理。结合渤海油田现场具体工况,针对渤海油田废弃PEC钻井液提出MTC处理技术,优选出适用于其钻井液体系的粉煤灰、MTC增强用激发剂、分散剂、降失水剂,构建PEC体系MTC水泥浆体系,并分析MTC固井用水泥浆性能。渤海废弃水基钻井液MTC水泥浆体系稠化时间为316min、滤失量为25.6mL/30min、水泥石养护36h抗压强度为13.968MPa、7d抗压强度为27.215MPa,同时具有良好的流变性能,流变模式符合幂律模式。研究结果表明,MTC固井用水泥浆体系能够解决处理废弃PEC钻井液环保要求严格的问题。 In order to protect the marine ecological environment of Bohai Bay,the waste drilling fluid of Bohai oilfield must be treated.Aiming at the waste PEC drilling fluid in Bohai oilfield,combined with the specific working conditions of Bohai oilfield,MTC treatment technology is proposed.The fly ash,MTC reinforcement activator,dispersant and fluid loss reducer suitable for its drilling fluid system are optimized to form the MTC cementing slurry system for basic PEC system,and the performance of MTC cementing slurry is analyzed.The thickening time of MTC cement slurry system for Bohai waste water-based drilling fluid is 316min,the filtration volume is 25.6mL/30min,the compressive strength of cement cured for 36h is 13.968MPa,and the compressive strength for 7d is 27.215MPa.At the same time,it has good rheological properties,and its rheological behaviour conforms to power-law model.The results show that MTC cementing slurry system can solve the problem of strict environmental requirements for the treatment of waste PEC drilling fluid.
