摘要
洁净空气对光学敏感元器件具有重要的保护作用,针对现有洁净空气在管道输送过程中存在污染的问题,本文介绍了洁净压缩空气输送管道的净化及检测方法,为进一步规范洁净气体输送管道的净化和检测提供重要支撑。
Clean air plays an important role in protecting optical sensitive components.in order to solve the problem that clean air is polluted during transportation process in the pipeline.This paper systematically introduces the treatment and detection methods of clean compressed air transmission pipeline.
