摘要
前几年爆发的禽流感和猪瘟等动物疫病对畜牧养殖业的发展带来极大的影响。之后,国家加大对动物疫病防控工作的重视,在卫生监督中将动物检验检疫工作作为重点内容,借助检验检疫工作把控好食品安全的重要一关。该文主要论述动物卫生监督中检验检疫的重要性及存在的问题,并提出做好动物检验检疫工作的措施。
The outbreaks of avian influenza and swine fever in the past few years have greatly affected the development of animal husbandry.After that,the state paid more attention to the prevention and control of animal diseases,and took animal inspection and Quarantine as the key content in health supervision.This paper mainly discusses the importance and problems of inspection and Quarantine in animal health supervision,and puts forward the measures to do well the work of animal inspection and Quarantine.
