摘要
以安徽省蚌埠市职业教育发展现状为研究视角,对存在问题进行分析,发现存在本地就业总量相对不高、人才培养供给结构与产业结构不协调、职业院校与企业的合作和联动不足等问题。建议需要进一步深化体制改革,构建现代职业教育体系;加强对外合作,优化企业用人环境,营造职业教育发展良好氛围;深挖地方产业特色,助推职业教育校企合作升级。
Based on the angle of Bengbu City in Anhui Province vocational education development present situation,the existing problems were analyzed in this paper,and it found that the local employment is not relatively high,the total supply of talent training structure and industry structure is not harmonious,vocational colleges and enterprises lack of cooperation.It suggested that we need to further deepen the system reform and build a modern vocational education system,strengthen cooperation with the outside world,optimize the employment environment of enterprises,and create a good atmosphere for the development of vocational education,deeply tap local industrial characteristics and promote the upgrading of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.
