摘要
目的 观察Munro成人手术室压疮风险评估表管理在老年胃癌术后压疮中的预防效果及对康复效率的影响,为提高患者的康复效果提供参考。方法 选取2018年10月1日-2020年9月30日在某院行胃大部切除伴胃十二指肠吻合术+腹腔淋巴结清扫术的240例老年患者,以简单数字随机表法随机分成2组,对照组(n=120)为常规护理,观察组为Munro量表分级管理。比较术后压疮发生率及护理质量。结果 观察组术后压疮发生率为0.83%,显著低于对照组的6.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为87.50%,显著高于对照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组排气时间、胃管滞留时间、进食时间、住院时间分别为(1.38±0.26)天、(1.13±0.17)天、(0.90±0.14)天、(6.92±1.26)天,均显著低于对照组的(1.78±0.41)天、(1.62±0.29)天、(1.92±0.47)天、(8.17±1.47)天(P<0.05)。结论 以Munro量表为指导的护理干预可降低胃癌手术老年患者压疮发生率,提高护理满意度,并促进康复效率。
Objectives To observe the preventive effect of Munro adult operating room pressure ulcers risk assessment table management in elderly gastric cancer postoperative pressure ulcers and the impact on rehabilitation efficiency,so as to provide reference for improving the rehabilitation effect of patients.Methods A total of 240 elderly patients with gastric cancer who underwent subtotal gastrectomy with gastroduodenal anastomosis and abdominal lymph node dissection in hospital on October 1st,2018 and September 30th,2020 were selected as the research objects.The control group(n=120) was the routine nursing,and the observation group was the Munro scale grading management.The incidence of pressure ulcers and nursing quality were compared.Results The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was 0.83%,significantly lower than that in the control group(6.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.657,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.257,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.257,P<0.05).The rehabilitation indexes of the observation group were(1.38±0.26) d,(1.13±0.17) d,(0.90±0.14) d,(6.92±1.26) d,respectively.Were significantly lower than those in the control group(1.78±0.41) d,(1.62±0.29) d,(1.92±0.47) d,(8.17±1.47)d(t=9.025,15.968,22.784,7.072,P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention guided by MUNRO scale could reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers in elderly patients undergoing subtotal gastrectomy with gastroduodenal anastomosis and abdominal lymph node dissection,improve nursing satisfaction and promote rehabilitation efficiency.
