摘要
目的 了解泸州市公立医院疾病分类人员的配备和专业素质,为提升医院疾病分类水平提供参考。方法 制定统一调查问卷于2020年10月20日-至2020年12月10日对泸州市公立医院疾病分类人员的储备及素质调查,问卷分为医院调查表和疾病分类人员调查表。此次调查共收回有效医院调查表16份,疾病分类人员调查表69份。结果 16所公立医院中,平均每所医院有疾病分类人员4.31人,36.23%的人员年龄为31岁~40岁,59.42%为本科学历,初级职称人数较多,以护理专业居多,病案信息技术技师仅占14.49%。其中82.61%的人员专职从事编码工作;40.58%的人员持有国家级编码培训合格证,69.57%的人员持有省级编码培训合格证。37.68%的人员认为其薪酬较低,5.80%的人员希望转行。结论 泸州市公立医院疾病分类人员职称结构和类型尚不完善,满意度有待进一步提升,医院应建立一支经过规范化培训的高素质疾病分类队伍,整体提升疾病分类水平。
Objectives To understand the number and professional quality of disease classification personnel in Luzhou public hospitals,so as to provide reference for improving the level of disease classification in hospitals.Methods A unified questionnaire was developed to investigate the reserve and quality of disease classification personnel in Luzhou public hospitals in October 2020,the questionnaire was divided into hospital questionnaire and disease classifier questionnaire.A total of 16 valid hospital questionnaires were collected in this survey,questionnaire of disease classifier 69.Descriptive analysis was conducted on the collected data.Results In 16 public hospitals,there were an average of 4.31 persons for each disease classification,36.23% of the employees are between 31 and 40 years old,59.42% received bachelor’s degree,the number of primary titles is more,with nursing professional in the majority,medical record information technology professionals accounted for only 14.49%.Among them,82.61% are engaged in coding full-time;40.58% of the personnel held "coding certificate",69.57% of the personnel held provincial training "certificate".37.68% of employees think their salary was low,and 5.80% want to change careers.Conclusions The structure and types of professional titles of disease classification personnel in Luzhou public hospitals needed to be improved,and the labor remuneration needed to be further improved.
