摘要
目的 比较麻醉科协同护理模式和传统护理模式对无痛内镜诊疗期间患者护理质量满意度、内镜诊疗过程满意度的差异和对患者焦虑程度的影响。方法 200例ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级拟接受无痛内镜诊疗成年患者,随机分成组Ⅰ:传统护理组100例,组Ⅱ:协同护理组100例。分别按组别记录受试者诊疗前后焦虑程度、血压、心率以及对诊疗的满意度、护理满意度。统计分析两组数据,以评价协同护理方式与传统方式对无痛内镜诊疗护理质量的影响。结果 协同护理模式组患者对护理满意度评价明显高于传统护理组;组Ⅱ能更有效地降低患者术后焦虑程度。结论 家属、麻醉科护理和消化科护理相结合的协同护理模式能有效提高无痛内镜诊疗的护理质量,具有一定的社会价值并值得推广。
Objective To compare the effects of cooperative nursing mode in anesthesiology department and traditional nursing mode on patients′satisfaction with nursing quality and endoscopic diagnosis and treatment process during painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,and on patients′anxiety.Methods Two hundred adult patients with ASA gradeⅠ-Ⅱwho want to receive painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment were randomly divided into group I:traditional nursing group(N1=100)and groupⅡ:collaborative nursing group(N2=100).The subjects′anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate,satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment and nursing satisfaction were recorded according to groups.The two groups of data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the impact of collaborative nursing and traditional nursing on the quality of painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.Results The evaluation of nursing satisfaction in collaborative nursing mode group was significantly higher than that in traditional nursing group;Group II can more effectively reduce the degree of postoperative anxiety.Conclusion The collaborative nursing mode of family members,anesthesia department nursing and digestive department nursing can effectively improve the nursing quality of painless endoscopic diagnosis and treatment,which has certain social value and is worthy of popularization.
