摘要
骨骼是前列腺癌最常见的远处转移部位。肿瘤细胞从原发灶逃逸并在骨微环境中定植,通过激活破骨细胞介导的骨溶解引起骨破坏,这种结构损伤可导致很多相关的并发症。尽管骨转移瘤很少能治愈,但在多学科支持治疗下,通过系统的抗癌治疗,疾病控制往往是可行的。治疗包括骨靶向药物、放疗、内分泌治疗、手术等姑息治疗,以最大限度地减少转移性骨病对身体功能的影响。下面就前列腺癌骨转移机制及其治疗进展进行综述。
Bone is the most common site of distant metastasis in prostate cancer.Tumor cells escape from the primary tumor and colonize in the bone microenvironment,causing bone destruction by activating osteoclast-mediated osteolysis.This structural damage can lead to many related complications.Although bone metastases are rarely cured,disease control is often possible through systematic anti-cancer treatment in the context of multidisciplinary supportive care.Treatment includes palliative treatment such as bone targeting drugs,radiotherapy,endocrine therapy and surgery to minimize the impact of metastatic bone disease on body function.The mechanism and treatment progress of bone metastasis of prostate cancer are reviewed below.
