摘要
为了缓解城市硬化带来的内涝、初期雨水污染以及热岛效应,海绵城市生态建设理念被广泛应用于城市建设之中。文中对系统化全域海绵城市建设进行了研究,介绍了海绵城市的相关概念和作用,并对海绵城市发展面临的问题进行了分析,阐述了海绵城市建设的相关系统化方略及措施。
In order to alleviate the waterlogging, initial rainwater pollution and heat island effect caused by urban hardening, sponge city is used in urban construction. This paper studies the systematic global sponge city construction, introduces the relevant concepts and functions of sponge city, analyzes the problems faced by the development of sponge city, and expounds the relevant strategies and measures of sponge city construction.
