摘要
文中结合实例,通过热工计算,证明采用楼承板底部粘贴挤塑板加钢梁粘贴挤塑板上翼缘,铺设低温自控发热电缆方案的可行性。通过现场主体结构试验,验证挤塑板贴贴的牢固性,通过混凝土浇筑后的测温,验证保温的有效性。
In this paper, the feasibility of laying low-temperature automatic heating cable with extruded plate at the bottom of the floor bearing plate and steel beam at the upper flange of the extruded plate is proved through thermal calculation. The firmness of the extruded board was verified by field tests beside the main structure, and the effectiveness of thermal insulation was verified by temperature measurement after concrete pouring.
