摘要
文中针对尾矿、钢渣、赤泥等利用率较低的大宗固废,根据各大宗固废的资源化利用方案等,重点分析了大宗固废资源化利用存在的问题,并结合双碳背景下的相关政策,进一步提出了提高固废资源化利用率和利用效益的对策建议。
In view of the bulk solid waste with low utilization rate, such as tailings, steel slag, red mud, according to the resource utilization plan of each bulk solid waste, the paper focuses on the research and analysis of the problems existing in the resource utilization of bulk solid waste. Combined with the relevant policies under the low-carbon background, countermeasures and suggestions to improve the utilization rate and utilization efficiency of solid waste resources are further put forward.
