摘要
目的分析大数据的优势以及大数据在美军卫勤保障中的应用现状,为提高我军卫勤保障综合能力提供借鉴。方法通过查阅文献资料,研究美军利用大数据提高卫勤保障能力的过程:起步阶段-发展完善-形成战斗力,探索我军如何利用大数据提高卫勤保障能力。结果美军卫勤保障信息化起步较早,注重从历次战争中收集数据,积累了海量数据,大数据在近年来的高技术局部战争中发挥了重要作用。结论通过借鉴美军利用大数据提高卫勤保障能力的经验,提出大数据在我军卫勤保障方面的构想及建议,达到提高伤员快速后送能力,提高一线战救器材补给水平,从而提高伤员生存率的目的。
Objective To analyze the advantages of big data and the application status of big data in the U.S.military medical support,and to provide reference for improving the comprehensive ability of our military′s medical support.Methods Process of using big data to improve the medical support capability of the U.S.military was studied by consulting the literature:initial stage-development and perfection-formation of combat effectiveness,and how to use big data to improve the medical support capability of our army was explored.Results Informatization of the U.S.military′s medical support started early,which focusing on collecting data from previous wars and accumulating massive data.Big data played an important role in the high-tech partial wars in recent years.Conclusion Using big data to improve the medical support capability by learning from the experience of the U.S.military,ideas and suggestions on the use of big data in our military′s medical support were put forward,so as to improve the ability to quickly evacuate the wounded,improve the supply level of front-line combat rescue equipment,and improve the survival rate of the wounded.
