摘要
高硫铝土矿中的硫对氧化铝生产过程危害极大,故高硫铝土矿不能直接进入拜耳法生产氧化铝流程。针对山西某高硫铝土矿,在实验室确定了磨矿细度、活化剂用量、调整剂用量、捕收剂及起泡剂用量,通过“一粗两精两扫”反浮选脱硫闭路试验流程可得铝精矿产率为92.36%,硫含量为0.33%,硫精矿硫含量为27.74%。开展了浮选脱硫扩大连选试验,经“一粗一精一扫”、“一粗两精一扫”、“一粗两精两扫”流程对比后,确定采用“一粗两精两扫”流程,连续调试期间在原矿硫含量为2.30%时,得到浮选铝精矿平均硫含量为0.31%、产率为92.30%,硫精矿平均硫含量为26.09%。在连选试验期间完成了浮选脱硫流程考察,计算并绘制工艺流程数质量和矿浆流程图,为后续选厂的设计提供了数据支撑。
The sulfur in high-sulfur bauxite has great harm to alumina production process, so the high-sulfur bauxite cannot be directly used in the Bayer process to produce alumina. For a high-sulfur bauxite in Shanxi province, the grinding fineness, dosage of activator, adjuster, collector and foaming agent were determined in the laboratory. The closed-circuit test procedure of reverse flotation desulfurization with “one coarse, two fine and two sweeping” was used to obtain 92.36% aluminum concentrate yield, 0.33% sulfur content and 27.74% sulfur content in sulfur concentrate. The scale-up continuous test of flotation desulfurization was carried out, after comparison of the processes of “one coarse, one fine and one sweeping”, “one coarse, two fine and one sweeping” and“one coarse, two fine and two sweeping”, it was confirmed to adopt the process of “one coarse, two fine and two sweeping”. During the process of continuous commissioning, when the sulfur content of raw bauxite ore was 2.30%, the average sulfur content of flotation aluminum concentrate was 0.31%, the yield was 92.30%, and the average sulfur content of sulfur concentrate was 26.09%. The flotation desulfurization process was investigated in the continuous test, the process flow chart of quantity and quality as well as the slurry flow chart were calculated and prepared, thus providing data support for the subsequent design of beneficiation plant.
