摘要
基于CGSS 2017数据,采用倾向得分匹配法,从经济、社会交际、环境和社会福利等4个维度分析参加医疗保险对公众安全感的影响及影响的区域异质性和城乡异质性。研究发现:参加医疗保险对公众安全感具有显著的正向影响,其中对社会福利安全感的影响最大,对经济安全感的影响最小;参加医疗保险对公众安全感的影响具有显著的区域异质性和城乡异质性。据此提出,应进一步精准帮扶特殊保障对象、健全医疗保障制度、协同发展商业医疗保险等,充分发挥医疗保险的安全保障功能,以期提升参加医疗保险对公众安全感的正向效应。
Based on the data of CGSS 2017,the propensity score matching method was used to analyze the impact of medical insurance on public′s safety perception as well as the regional and urban-rural heterogeneity of the impact from four dimensions of economy,social communication,environment and social welfare.The results show that medical insurance participation has a significant positive impact on public′s safety perception.Of which,medical insurance participation has the greatest impact on social welfare safety,and has the least impact on economic safety.The impact of medical insurance participation on public′s safety perception has significant regional heterogeneity and urban-rural heterogeneity.Therefore,it is suggested that we should give full play to the security function of medical insurance by providing precise assistance to the disadvantaged groups,improving the medical security system,and developing commercial medical insurance in coordination,so as to improve the positive effect of medical insurance participation on public′s safety perception.
