摘要
对铝合金硬质阳极化工艺进行了研究。通过试验、分析,总结了现有工艺参数对硬质阳极化膜层硬度的影响,提出在现有参数下适当调整电流密度、槽液浓度、槽液温度等对提高硬质阳极化膜层硬度有所改善。通过数据分析寻找过程中存在的波动点等。最终,验证改善后的工艺满足要求。
This paper study the hard anodizing technics of aluminium alloy.It summarized the influence of technological parameter to the hardness of hard anodizing film.We find that by adjusting the current density,plating tank concentration and plating tank temperature,the hardness of hard anodizing film could be increased.Then we optimized the technological parameter by analyzing the aberrant point of hardness.The hardness of hard anodizing film is increased by using the optimizing technological parameter.
