抱箍胶套自动化装配流水线机械手设计

摘要 抱箍胶套自动化装配流水线是一种自动给抱箍装配胶套的设备,主要是为了解决给抱箍套胶这个高强度,人员密集且产品质量比较差的问题而研究的自动化设备。该流水线的机械手由切断机构、夹取机构、套胶机构三个部分组成。抱箍胶套自动化装配流水线全过程实现PLC自动控制,高效高速,节约抱箍上胶套的大量人工,降低抱箍上胶套的劳动强度,而且胶条的长度可调,适应各种大小的抱箍自动套胶,提高劳动效率,结构简单。 The automatic assembly line for the hoop rubber sleeve is a kind of equipment that automatically assembles the rubber sleeve for the hoop.The manipulator of the assembly line is composed of three parts:a cutting mechanism,a clamping mechanism and a rubber sleeve mechanism.The whole process of the automatic assembly line of the hoop and rubber sleeve realizes PLC automatic control,high efficiency and high speed,saving a lot of labor on the rubber sleeve on the hoop,reducing the labor intensity of the rubber sleeve on the hoop,and the length of the rubber strip is adjustable to adapt to various sizes.The hoop is automatically covered with glue,which improves labor efficiency and has a simple structure.
