摘要
在LNG动力船舶运行过程中,因为漏热,LNG储罐内产生一定量的BOG,通常采用再液化工艺对BOG进行回收处理。N_(2)膨胀制冷系统因为安全性高、结构紧凑、工艺简单且易于操作被广泛应用于船用BOG再液化处理领域。文章对船用N_(2)膨胀制冷BOG再液化工艺技术及研究进展进行了总结,从基本的单N_(2)膨胀制冷发展到双N_(2)膨胀制冷中的并联N_(2)膨胀制冷,N_(2)膨胀制冷BOG再液化工艺系统能耗降低了48%。
During the operation of LNG-powered ships,amount of BOG is generated in the LNG storage tank due to heat diffusion,and the re-liquefaction process is usually used to recover the BOG.Because of high safety,compact structure,simple process and easy operation,the N_(2) expansion refrigeration system is widely used in the field of marine BOG re-liquefaction treatment.The article summarizes technology and research progress of the marine BOG re-liquefaction process by N_(2) expansion refrigeration.The energy consumption of the system is reduced by 48%,from the basic single N_(2) expansion refrigeration to the parallel N_(2) expansion refrigeration of dual N_(2) expansion refrigeration.
