摘要
利用吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯和2,5-二羟基乙酰苯为原料,合成了席夫碱型荧光探针2-(1-(3-(1H-吲哚-3-基)-5-巯基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)亚胺乙基)-苯-1,4-二醇(Z),其结构经NMR、IR进行分析表征。在pH值为5~8的条件下,探针Z可以特异性荧光识别Al^(3+),检测限为27 nmol/L,探针Z与Al^(3+)配位时主要生成1∶1型配合物(Z-Al^(3+))。用365 nm的紫外灯照射,呈现很强的黄绿色荧光,具有广泛的应用前景。
A Schiff base fluorescent probe 2-(1-(3-(1h-indole-3-yl)-5-mercapto-4h-1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)iminoethyl)-benzene-1,4-diol(Z)was synthesized from indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester and 2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone.Its structure was characterized by NMR and IR.Under the condition of pH 5~8,probe Z can specifically recognize Al^(3+),and the detection limit is 27 nmol/L.When probe Z coordinates with Al^(3+),it mainly forms a 1∶1 complex(Z-Al^(3+)).When irradiated with 365 nm UV lamp,it shows strong yellow green fluorescence,which has wide application prospects.
