摘要 为提高桉树轻基质组培苗质量,以尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)无性系DH32-29轻基质容器组培苗为试验材料,研究不同施肥间隔(3、7和10天)和质量浓度(0.3%、0.5%和0.7%)、施肥方式(叶面喷施、根部灌施和浸盆施肥)及控根措施(架空培育、穴盘培育和地面培育)对组培苗苗高、地径及根系和生物量指标的影响。结果表明,不同育苗处理对组培苗各生长、根系和生物量指标均影响显著。不同施肥间隔和质量浓度处理中,处理6(7天、0.7%)的苗高、地径和生物量指标均最大;不同施肥方式处理中,A1处理(叶面喷施)的苗高、地径及根系和生物量指标均最大,根冠比最小;不同控根措施处理中,T1处理(架空培育)的苗高、地径、根系和生物量指标及根冠比均最大。施肥间隔7天、质量浓度0.7%、叶面喷施和架空培育组合处理最有利于桉树轻基质组培苗生长。 In order to improve quality of eucalypt light substrate tissue culture seedlings,taking tissue culture seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis clone DH32-29 in light substrate containers as materials,effects of different treatments on seedling height,ground diameter,indexes of root and biomass were studied,including different fertilization intervals(3,7 and 10 d),mass concentrations(0.3%,0.5%and 0.7%),fertilization methods(leaf spray,root irrigation and soaking pot fertilization)and root control measures(aerial cultivation,hole disk cultivation and ground cultivation).Results showed that different cultivation treatments had significant effects on indexes of growth,root and biomass of tissue culture seedlings.Seedling height,ground diameter and indexes of biomass in treatment 6(7 d,0.7%)were the largest among treatments with different fertilization intervals and mass concentrations.Seedling height,ground diameter,indexes of root and biomass in A1 treatment(leaf spray)were the largest,and root-shoot ratio was the smallest among treatments with different fertilization methods.Seedling height,ground diameter,indexes of root and biomass and root-shoot ratio in T1 treatment(aerial cultivation)were the largest among treatments with different root control measures.Combination of fertilization interval of 7 days,mass concentration of 0.7%,leaf spray and aerial cultivation was the most beneficial for growth of eucalypt light substrate tissue culture seedlings.
