摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,给人类的生活方式和生活理念带来诸多影响。住区作为人类居住的实体空间,其应急防疫性能逐渐成为住区规划设计的重要考虑因素之一。本文探讨了疫情常态化防控背景下,健康宜居住区在规划设计、公共服务和内部环境层面可采取的日常预防和疫情防控措施,并为住区在应对突发公共卫生事件时,更好地发挥其庇护所的作用提供参考和借鉴。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought many impacts on the life style and life conception of human beings.As community is an entity space for human living,its emergency and epidemic prevention performance has gradually become one of the important considerations in community planning and design.Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,this paper discusses the daily prevention and control measures from the perspectives of planning and design,public services and internal environment of a healthy and comfortable community so as to provide reference for the community to serve as shelters in response to public health emergencies.
