摘要
目的探讨体检保健中心应用精益化管理模式对护理质量的影响。方法将2020年6月—2021年6月在该院体检保健中心任职的25名护理人员作为研究对象,2020年6—12月该科室应用常规管理模式,2021年1—6月该科室应用精益化管理模式,对两种护理管理模式的护理质量展开探讨。结果精益化管理模式相较于常规管理模式护理人员的各项体检质量考核成绩更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);精益化管理模式相较于常规管理模式健康受检者的体检时间和体检结果发放时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益化管理模式应用于体检保健中心,护理人员临床技能以及护理质量和护理安全均有所提升,同时健康受检者体检时间以及体检结果发放时间均明显缩短,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the influence of the application of lean management model in physical examination and health center on nursing quality.Methods Twenty-five nurses who worked in the medical examination and health center of the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.From June to December 2020,the undergraduate office applied the conventional management model.From January to June 2021,the undergraduate office applied the lean management model.The nursing quality of the two nursing management modes was discussed.Results Compared with the conventional management mode,the lean management mode had higher performance in various physical examination quality assessments of nursing staff,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional management mode,the lean management mode had shorter physical examination time and physical examination result distribution time for healthy subjects,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management model in physical examination and health center can improve the clinical skills of nursing staff,nursing quality and nursing safety.At the same time,the physical examination time of healthy subjects and the distribution time of physical examination results were significantly shortened,and the clinical application value was significant.
