摘要
绿色发展作为一种新的生产方式,值得进一步作哲学层面的思索:我国绿色发展的实践过程任重而道远,但改革开放以来绿色发展的主观理念始终是自觉的、清醒的;绿色发展与资本(经济)发展之间在中国特色社会主义制度下不存在解不开的“结”,应该在生产方式层面让资本(经济)发展成果为绿色发展提供技术条件或物质基础;绿色发展作为“目的”必须融入创新、协调、开放、共享发展这些具体“手段”之中,融入经济社会发展的具体细节之中;绿色发展的最终成功要立足于每个人自身素养全面提升,以“从我做起”的主体“量变”驱动整个社会生态文明建设的“质变”,这是最终实现绿色发展目标的“哲学结论”或“哲学要求”。
As a new mode of production, green development deserves further philosophical consideration:the practical process of green development in China has a long way to go, but the subjective concept of green development has always been conscious and sober since the reform and opening up;There is no inseparable “knot” between green development and capital(economic) development under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. At the level of production mode, the achievements of capital(economic) development should provide technical conditions or material basis for green development;As a “goal”, green development must be integrated into the specific“means” of innovative, coordinated, open and shared development, and into the specific details of economic and social development;The ultimate success of green development should be based on the overall improvement of everyone ’s own quality, and drive the “qualitative change” of the construction of ecological civilization of the whole society with the “quantitative change” of the main body of “starting from me”, which is the “philosophical conclusion” or “philosophical requirement”to finally achieve the goal of green development.
