摘要
随着我国农村贫困群体全面脱贫目标的实现,现阶段我国贫困治理进入了后扶贫时代。通过调查发现,农村留守儿童的物质贫困问题已基本得到解决,但心理健康方面仍然相对贫困,而农村留守儿童体育教育贫困状况依旧不容乐观,难以发挥体育对心理健康的促进作用。通过实践探索发现,体育教育精准帮扶能够有效缓解农村留守儿童普遍存在的心理贫困问题,促进其心理健康发展。通过分析后扶贫时代农村体育教育精准帮扶工作的现实困境和解困策略,提出农村留守儿童心理贫困体育教育精准帮扶的路径选择应突出三个创新点、抓住四个基本点、强化五个保障点。
With the realization of the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation in rural areas,China’s poverty governance has entered into the post-poverty alleviation era.Through the investigation,it was found that the material poverty of rural left-behind children had been basically alleviated,but the mental health was still relatively poor,and rural left-behind children’s physical education was still not optimistic,difficult to play the role of promoting mental health.Through practical exploration,it was found that the targeted assistance via physical education could effectively alleviate the widespread psychological poverty of rural left-behind children and promote their mental health development.Through the analysis of the realistic difficulties and strategies of the targeted assistance via physical education in the post-poverty alleviation era,it was proposed that the path choice of the targeted assistance via physical education for rural left-behind children’s psychological poverty should highlight three innovative points,grasp four basic points and strengthen five guarantee points.
