电刺激生物反馈联合盆底功能训练在预防产后尿潴留中的作用评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Electrical Stimulation Biofeedback Combined with Pelvic Floor Function Training in Preventing Postpartum Urinary Retention

摘要 目的探究电刺激生物反馈联合盆底功能训练在预防产妇产后尿潴留中的作用。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12月该院收治的42例自然分娩产妇为研究对象,利用摸球法分为研究组(接受电刺激生物反馈治疗联合盆底功能训练)与对照组(接受常规治疗),每组21例。比较两组产妇盆底肌张力改善情况、尿潴留发生情况、残余尿量以及日平均尿失禁频率。结果经治疗,研究组产妇阴道收缩压(37.85±6.22)cmH2O、阴道静息压(31.16±7.38)cmH2O、阴道收缩持续时间(5.81±1.15)s均明显优于对照组的(26.18±5.41)cmH2O、(25.47±6.12)cmH2O、(3.44±1.27)s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组尿潴留发生率14.29%明显低于对照组的47.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组残余尿量(32.18±10.26)mL及日平均尿失禁频率(0.87±0.22)次/d均优于对照组的(43.39±11.47)mL、(5.36±1.23)次/d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激生物反馈联合盆底功能训练可明显改善产妇盆底肌张力,降低尿潴留发生率,安全性高。 Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor function training in preventing postpartum urinary retention in parturients Methods 42 cases of natural childbirth from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group(receiving electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor function training)and a control group(receiving conventional treatment)by using the ball touch,with 21 cases in each group.Results After treatment,the study group's vaginal systolic pressure(37.85±6.22)cmH2O,vaginal resting pressure(31.16±7.38)cmH2O,and vaginal contraction duration(5.81±1.15)s were significantly better than(26.18±5.41)cmH2O,(25.47±6.12)cmH2O,(3.44±1.27)s of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 14.29%incidence of urinary retention in the study group was significantly lower than 47.62%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the residual urine volume(32.18±10.26)mL and the average daily incontinence frequency(0.87±0.22)times/d in the study group were better than(43.39±11.47)mL and(5.36±1.23)times/d in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with pelvic floor function training can significantly improve maternal pelvic floor muscle tension,and can reduce the incidence of urinary retention,with high safety.
