摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理应用于脑梗死偏瘫失语患者的效果。方法抽取该院2017年9月—2018年9月收治的86例脑梗死偏瘫失语患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组43例。对照组患者采用常规康复护理,观察组患者采用早期康复护理,观察两组患者吞咽功能障碍改善情况、语言功能及护理满意度评分。结果干预后,观察组吞咽功能改善率为93.02%,高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组语言功能评分为(58.54±5.23)分,高于对照组的(49.01±4.69)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理满意度评分为(9.69±2.31)分,高于对照组的(8.34±2.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死偏瘫失语患者早期康复护理效果显著,可明显改善患者的吞咽功能,降低语言功能评分,提高护理满意度,值得广泛应用。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with hemiplegia and aphasia due to cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia aphasia admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and patients in the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of swallowing dysfunction,language function and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,the improvement rate of swallowing function in the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 72.09% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the language function score of the observation group was(58.54±5.23)points,which was higher than the(49.01±4.69)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(9.69±2.31)points,which was higher than the(8.34±2.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on patients with hemiplegia and aphasia due to cerebral infarction.It can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients,reduce the score of language function,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of wide application.
